Lowest weight: 160lbs 2017
Ultimate goal is to be closer to my weight in 2017 and then learn how to maintain that. Maintenance of weight is my downfall. I don’t want to go through my life gaining and losing the equivalent of another person. My health is more important than that.

To all those who have stayed on it and lost weight over this last week, way to go!! It is difficult to turn down so many treats that come around. Many people can become offended by not eating the treats they made. They see a restricted diet this time of year as punishment instead of self love. I didn’t do so good, I put on weight very easy and quick, 10lbs in a week and I cheated in moderation. But that’s ok. I see getting my weight down as an act of self love and self care. I don’t call myself names or fat shame myself. I gave myself over to impulse and now have to reel it in. I know my body, I know the weight it is comfortable with. I know my organs and my heart really don’t want to work as hard as they do when I’m approaching 100lbs overweight.

I cut out almost all fats, sugars and carbs last week but I didn’t expect weight loss since I hadn’t been truly dedicated to that (night time munchies man 🙄). I read a book about rapid fat loss where you eat enough just to maintain your muscle and keep the calories way down. But I don’t expect to lose 6lbs! I haven’t seen the scale go down in 2 yrs! It has only gone up!!
