Lately I have feel less and less motivated, but then I remember that awful sensation when I looked at my clothes, have a full closet and nothing to wear; and the extraordinary sensation that is to fit in my old jeans and wear a bikini, then and just then Is when I start to feel a little motivation.
Stress and anxiety sabotages my “under construction” willpower, and even worst it is not the food… is the alcohol; but then the alcohol opens my appetite and well….. it all starts over again.
