A friend and I went on Vacation to Nantucket Island. I did all the cooking of lobster, corn on the cob, cod, shrimp creole. We had a lot of healthy salads and things like blueberry smoothies, but we also had rice, potatoes and cheese. The total diet killer was s'mores with marshmallows toasted over the fire we lit on the beach while singing and watching the 4th of July Fireworks.
