This has been the toughest month. I've definitely gained weight - will do a weigh-in tomorrow. I've lost motivation to exercise and my good eating habits have flown out the window. This is the first time I've been able to actually recognise emotional/stress-eating - I've probably been doing it all my life - but this is the first time I've noticed it since I started my journey. I don't know what the psychology is behind it, because I know I'm going to regret it afterwards yet I still seem to turn to food for "comfort"... just can't seem to break the cycle and get back into healthy eating habits. This month has been a rollercoaster of "falling off the wagon" and trying to get back on it. Hope I can do better next month.
