The weather is wet and dreary, but I still got up and worked out this morning. Rain, sleet or snow this fat has to go.

It's Tuesday and I am still getting up early to workout. I don't mean to toot my own horn because it seems that everytime I do I end up stopping. I just want to maintain motivation and focus. This is a journey that takes one day at a time. I made another day, so I am one step closer.

Well I am officially back on track. I had a blow out Mother's Day weekend, meaning I have been eating everything I think I want. I worked so hard to get the weight off and I have put on about 7 pds in the last 3 weeks. I am so ashamed. I would not feel bad if I was working hard and it came, but I have only worked the fork and knife with the occasional spoon joining the party. I have not worked out all I have done is eat out. I have to admit my faults and I am truly at fault. Even when I knew i should not do it I did it anyway. I was kinda depressed but that is no reason to let myself go. I know it would have been better to walk and work out instead of laying around snacking. I feel that it's better late than never. I am better, back and want it more than ever. Pray for me.
