[color=darkblue][/color ]OK TODAY FOR BREAKFAST I HAD 1 EGG 2 SAUSAGE AND 1 WHOLE WHEAT TOAST WITH LITE STRAWBERRY JAM AND A VERY SMALL GLASS OF TEA. (FOR LUNCH) I THINK I WILL HAVE A TUNA SANDWICH INSIDE WILL BE CALERY WITH SHREDS OF CARROTS AND FINE CHOPED ONIONS ON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD ON THE SIDE WITH SLICED CUCUMBERS sliced bananas and strawberrys AND A SMALL GLASS OF GREEN TEA. i took my metformin pill today.
