yea...i remember back in may when i had gotten down to 259...i was so happy. and then i don't know what happened. so here i am again, ready to start anew.
i planned it as my new yr res, and my diet nemesis, my husband, has gotten away with "one more time, no more eating out after this", everyday since the 1st. now, i have to take over, and not only change myself, but change him too. i know that we are both ready for our lives to change, but rarely have the willpower to make the first step. we are so eager to give in to the temptations of fast food, chocolate, soda, and the like.
so i ask all u out there that have experienced similar situations, HELP!!!! how did u get past it? what worked? and how do u fight the good fight for ur health without breaking down and eating a cake for all three meals...or whatever ur own guilty pleasure is...????
