Another day of staying the same. Gym day today. Another low carb, high protein day ahead. Changed my goal weight to 176, to allow for a drift lower, though only real goal now is maintenance

Gym day yesterday, felt strong and even with a few extra calories, managed to drop a bit. Even though have reached my goal, am continuing to monitor all for maintenance and will not be too upset with further loss...

Goal .. Broke 180 this morn .. Will give it a couple of days to solidify the losses and then decide on next goal or just slowly raising calories until I hit maintanance.

Good walking yesterday, a bit higher on the calories but stayed the same.. Gym today.. Gorgeous, clear sky this morning during walk. Millions of stars, country dark
