MTHFR gene mutation, if one parent gave it to you, it is called heterozygous, if both gave it to you, it is called polymorphism. The two main gene snp misspelling affects methylation of every cell in the body. Folic acid, toxic to these people, must be replaced with 6S 5-L methyltetrahydrofolate, and b12 cyanacobalamin be replaced by L methylcobalamin. The later versions are what the body with methylation issues can process.
