Getting lazy about adding all my macros on here....I know I'm still in tolerance, but not sure If I'm hitting my kcal daily. Oh well, eat till I'm full :D. Making chicken thighs tonight!

Finally after 5 weeks I seem to be getting my strength back in check. Deadlift is on it's way up, but my squat is lagging behind a little bit. Hopefully a couple more weeks and I'll be fully fat adapted.
