Second day of using this site, give me loads of motivation. I've joined a few challenges to start Sunday and Monday. I did my calorie counter for yesterday and it's under 1000 so that's good, was very hard not to snack. Worried about my meal out tonight at a buffet restaurant, got to just watch what I eat and eat plenty of salad and fruit stuff :)
