Okay, das zusätzliche Defizit schlägt voll an, allerdings habe ich nun auch permanent Hunger und der Schlaf leidet etwas. Aber hey, wer schön sein will muss leiden und muss ja nur noch bis Donnerstag sein 😂🤷🏻♂️

So wieder einigermaßen auf Level.
Nächste Woche Donnerstag geht's aufs Festival, also Defizit bisschen erhöhen und hoffen ich kann noch 1kg abwerfen 😂🙌🏻

Diesmal ein Ausschwenker nach oben leider (hier natürlich gut Wasser dabei) Hatte die Woche ziemliche Motivationsprobleme und habe mir 5-6 Tage Sport- sowie Diätpause gegönnt. Hat gut getan um Energie und Motivation zu tanken, aber sowas macht sich leider sofort bemerkbar 😂🫠
