I have such a hard time on sundays getting enough calories and enough water, even more so now that we are double session, I think I am just going to have to sacrifice my 5 carbs on sundays with a shake

Oh Soo stinkin close! Gotta Keep Going. I can do this right? Sure I can! Today not so hot because I did not eat enough but that is ok....Tommorrow is another day :-)

Yesterday was another sucessful one, a little higher on the salt than I prefer. But I got my callories in. I have kinda split things up so my snacks tend to be in with my meals because we only have 4 slots. Water is going well, exercise is going well, over all I am pleased. One day at a time and I can do this!

Today we woke up late for church so I settled for Lunchmeat and a string cheese, at break I downed a shake, hate giving up 5 carbs for it but better than my body thinking I am going to starve it. I also got a good amount of calories in, and my veggies. Still working on getting my water in but so far I have greatly improved. I am feeling better. There was a birthday party after church today I had some pizza toppings and am excited that I wasnt even tempted by the crust, or the cake. I feel like I am getting back on the right track. For awile there I didnt feel like I could get back on this wagon.
