To be completely honest, I didn’t only fall off the wagon... I jumped 😭 Eating disorders have plagued my life since I was an itty bitty teen. Whether too small, or too big, I have always struggled with the psychological side of eating. Any of you out there been through anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating? These last few years I have been struggling with binge eating, to the point that it controls my life 😭 Before that it was anorexia and bulimia. Anyone with me?

Fell off the band wagon for a little bit. I have found that it is hardest of all to count calories when dinner rolls around. I love cooking for my husband, and enjoy eating dinners together. I would kinda just give up every night (which of course lead to the attitude of: if I don’t know, I don’t care. Which isn’t true at all. I want to feel as good as I was, but does that mean having to sacrifice dinners together? Any advice? Thanks, guys!

Nowhere CLOSE to where I need to be physically. But I am working hard to get there everyday. Today I stretched/danced/cardio for around 45 minutes while the girls I babysit are playing upstairs. No gym. No problem 👍🏻
