Two steps forward and two steps back. I do well for a while, then it all goes haywire. I need to sit down and identify my triggers, so i can get back on track. I am doing more exercise but getting really frustrated at not being able to do what I want to do, because bits get in the way! Maybe I need to stop low carbing for a while, alhtough I like it - or perhaps I need to up the carbs slightly and see if that helps me stay on track more.

I need to add some alternative proteins so have been looking at veggie options. Major baking sesh today, so hopefully that will also help me follow the program this week. I am way over due to get back on track, so next week will be really key. Spent some money on exercise clothes this weekend too, so hopefully that will help.

back on track today, but yikes, good lesson not to let a holiday or time of year make me stop because starting again takes such a long time!

Getting there step by step - but not feeling well this weekend which is always a danger point for me. I prepared lots of food for the week, so hopefully even if I am tired I should be ok. Time to hit the vit c. My goal is to be down at least 10lbs by christmas!
