Feeling tired today. Wondering if I haven't had enough calorie and protein in-take over the last week. I had a 8% whole skim milk this morning for a sugar pick-up, it didn't help! Going to step-up my calories this afternoon to see if I feel better tomorrow. SUPERBOWL SUNDAY!!!!

Surprise! Weighing today was so good I had to get my wife to look at the scale with me. I just coudl not belive it! What a way to start off a day.
