Back on track. I got nothing but time, right? Half way through my family's annual Sep-Dec birthday cake gauntlet. Getting older is delicious! It's OK Navymom. Into every life, a little cake must fall. I think I read that somewhere.

This week, I got caught in a cake-nado! No dessert went untouched. For Ches, I feel like one of those football players (USA) who absentmindedly tosses the ball away right before they cross the goal line. I hit 203 something on Tuesday and then dropped the ball! I can feel you chasing me down so I need to find another gear this week.

Early a.m. weigh in and 65 gone since April. I'm sure by noon I was closer to 205 but that'll be my head start going into next week. Time for a new goal. Maybe try to get within the CDC numbers so they can cross the Cowboy off their watch list down in Hotlanta. They got enough on their plate what with the zombies and all.

Rare non-Monday journal entry. Ok, so I love my carbs. I know they're bad or maybe I don't. I can't decide. I know I'm not the only one who is powerless against the carb monster. Don't let that keep you from success. You can still lose weight even if the carb monster has his/her way with you from time to time. I'm closing in on 70 gone and well, I had a roll at Texas Roadhouse last night then I had 4 more. They're like 220+ calories each! It happens. When it does, I get back on my horse, do the gallup of shame and move on. You can too. There are many paths. Mine has doughnuts sometimes. I am so amazed with 5:2 and 16:8, (I do both) I can't tell you how liberating it has been living this way. C'mon, let's go!

Finally, I'm overweight. Thanks to everyone who helped me get here! The back to back Chinese food and Sonic chili dog helped but I give you guys most of the credit. I've wanted to be overweight like I was when I was younger and now I am. Happy Cowboy today!
