Finally got a good nights sleep. Going to kick the crap out of the day today. I shouldn't have any trouble staying awake in school then I will finish this stupid zombie book which I guess is OK so far. I can't wait until they all die so I can say this book was a waste of time LOL.

I am a shoe in for one of the top positions but I am going to work and just win it outright! If the scale today is any indication this is going to be a devastating weigh on for my competition. Mwa ha ha ha.

Time to start up again. Work has started a "biggest loser" contest that will last for 10 weeks with a "winner take all" $10 buy in. Now that money is involved there is no reason to keep eating like I have been for the last 5 months. Time to start up again and lose another 70 pounds this year!
