I am re-starting my diet. I was doing Fat Secret and lost from 171 to 158.I am now at 176 which is more that when I started. My health got off track with thyroid problems. I am bad hyperthyroid and taking Methmazole 3 times a day which is not helping any. The meds. have made me gain massive amount of weight quickly, I am considering quiting the methmazole since it is not helping any way. I need help or insight with my problem. Doctors have not been able to help me. Any have any suggestions.
