Ok....I haven't updated in a while. I think I have ADHD when it comes to losing weight. I don't know why I expect the scale to move on a daily basis. My attention span with this dieting thing is sooooo short. Two months ago I was a whole 17lbs heavier (hopefully 20 by the weekend). And still I feel like I've accomplished nothing. I guess I have to lose another 20lbs for there to be a noticeable change.
A few people around me seem to have noticed my weight loss, and being complimented on that feels great! I just wish I could see what they see. Grrrr! I have zero patience!
Sorry to be a Debbie Downer....I'm just not feeling it today.

So if you guys thought I was partying at the loss of ONE pound....how do you think I reacted 4 days later to losing 4!!! I danced around the whole house in my PJ's! DAY SPA....I SEE YOU!!!
I can't wait to have a 1 in front of my weight again. I don't care if it's 199.9! Just to say that I am "One hundred and......" pounds is going to be GREAT!

YES! YES! YES! YES! It may be just one pound but I'll take it!! Been looking at 213 for 2 WEEKS!! 212!! Not 212.8 not 212.4 but exactly 212!!!
I was in the bathroom PARTYING this morning about my little one pound. I felt like the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp) at the end of Alice In Wonderland doing the futterwackin!

213...213 I'm starting to despise you

!! Last week it wasn't such a big deal because I definitely noticed loss of inches in my clothes. I guess I'm going to have to start measuring my limbs, because this week I can't tell if my clothes fit any differently.
Day one on Slim Fast went ok. The period between snack and dinner was kind of brutal. But I held out. I ate two tacos (ground turkey)for dinner and it felt like I was cheating since I was on Atkins for the past 7 weeks and wasn't allowed tortilla. I inhaled the tacos like a hobo behind a dumpster. Looking around to see if anyone was watching me, or attempting to steal my precious tacos. *makes koo-koo sound*
Went to the gym at 2am this morning. It was GREAT! All of 6 people were there including myself and James. It felt like it was a personal gym. Got a good work out and made it home in time to get two additional hours of sleep before getting up for work.
