Ugh, my back is killing me! Last week, I was going through some boxes in the basement, and brought 2 things upstairs. The next morning my back hurt like heck! I get a lot of backaches. I know A LOT of it has to do with my weight, which is one of the reasons I've been trying to eat healthier...but why does it have to happen before I start doing an exercise regimen, or from exercise itself...one time I threw my back out from doing yoga...yep, from yoga. Oh well...once I start the Biggest Loser at work Friday, I'm gonna walk on the treadmill, no matter what. Who knows, it may actually help! All I know is that I've tried Advil and Aleve, and neither seem to work. Actually, I noticed when I drank vodka, it seemed to help...But I am trying to give up drinking...I don't need those empty calories when I'm trying to lose weight...
