Ok where to start....
Im 25 yrs. old and i work 2 jobs and life can be stressful like everyones...but i never look to stress as the fault to me gaining weight cause thats an EXCUSE....So i try to eat healthy and i try to workout... i try to get my friends and family involved as much as possible to keep me on track and get motivation...i found this website first as a app for my iphone and then found that it was available on facebook (cant sync from phone to facebook..but can sync from facebook to this website..) i have just joined... and am trying hard to keep up my diet calendar and exercise journal...i use to be a size 14 and lost a lot of weight and got to a size 8 (smallest i ever was) and now im back up to a 10/12... and i dont ever see myself gettin back to a 14... I hate that when it comes to working out i have to do it ALONE !! eww.. but im going to stick to this again an try my best to get back in some kinda shape other than ROUND lol.. =)
