Looks like the pregnancy weight gain is finally here, although I still weight less that my weight pre-pregnancy. I have been having some really nice pregnancy cravings, I have had one or two things but I am trying my best to eat balanced and remain healthy through this journey.

Small loss, but I expected a gain - I am 13 weeks pregnant now, so should be starting to pick up soon. Still eating healthy and trying to watch my weight closely so I remain healthy and do not pack on unwanted kg's beyond my recommended gain.

Hi everyone. It is getting a bit warmer now in RSA and I want to start walking this week, just twice a week (starting on a 20 - 30 min walk) and then once over the weekend. The past week has also been good for me - I had my ups and downs but it seems like the morning sickness is settling a bit. Have a wonderful week!

I am trying to eat healthy while growing a little human as well, but was not expecting a drop. I think now that I have changed the type of calories I put into my body, my body is reacting well. :-)

So I picked up a tiny bit of weight the past three weeks, but have been trying my hardest to eat well and be healthy.
I do have a bit of a confession that I have been holding onto for the past 4 weeks - I am eating for two!! :-)
So I am still trying to track my eating so I don't go too crazy and it get's out of hand, I still want to keep my weight in check during my pregnancy but for the next few months I will not be following any type of strict diet. Just trying to be healthy and nurture my body and my baby.
