Today marks the start. New diet, new exercise plan, and Green Tea (EGCG) Supplement. I am committing to a 1200 calorie diet and exercising for at least 30 mins every day. Staying away from most breads, pastas, and potatoes. Consuming at least 2 fruits and 2 veggies a day.
