Still here. Following Weight Watchers. I have lost 26lbs in the last 4 and 1/2 months. I have ran 3 5k's this year.
Vacation is in 4 months and my goal is to lose 20 lbs by then. Doing really well following the plan.

So I have had to small victories recently.
First, I jogged for 5 consecutive mins last week x 4 intervals. This is a huge win for me. I never thought I would be able to job/run because I get so winded so quickly. Hubby suggested that I slow my pace down a bit and we did it!! I slowed down a tiny bit and we jogged 5 mins then hubby said "You did it" and I was like "that was it". I think this run/walk program is really helping to increase my endurance and it is making me feel great. Yesterday we jogged for 7 consecutive mins x 3 intervals and we walked/jogged 2.2 miles. The 7 minutes was harder but managable. The best part of it all is I kind of enjoy it. I never thought I would say that, but the more I do it, the more I enjoy jogging. I just may become a jogger one of these days.
Seccond, I got 2 compliments today. Two people told me that it looked like I had lost a lot of weight in my face. These compliments were from people who didn't know I was trying to lose weight. So it really meant a lot to me that people are noticing. Just have to keep up the hard work so more people notice.

Hubby and I had ballroom dancing lessons yesterday evening. Lots of fun and I can really feel the workout in my legs. Anything to add some toning.
Someone brought a package of honey buns into the office today. Who does that?? Earlier this week it was little debbie brownies and today honey buns. I have to avoid those things because they are little 200 plus calorie bombs. The good thing is that I'm not craving them when I see them. I start my day with a bowl of oatmeal with splenda and raisons and a blueberry muffin (a normal homemade muffin, not a calorie-rich bakery muffin). This actually holds me until lunch, (unbelievable right!). And it satisifies my sweet tooth and helps curb cravings work.
