After being on the Cambridge diet I have now come off the diet to try and lose my last half stone by counting my calories.
I still have some milkshakes left so I using them as part of my calorie counting diet and I have to say I'm loving food again but I would be lying if I said that this is easy because this is purely about self control and obviously if I was good at this then I wouldn't have been on a diet since Feb.

Today has been ok, managed to get through McDonald's drive thru without being tempted to order myself something, I'm finding that keeping myself busy on these dull and dreary days is a good plan and seems to be working!

I'm loving this site as its so accessible and helping me to think about the choices I have and helping me to make the right ones. For example chow mean is really high in calories whereas I always thought it wasn't a bad choice it now I know I will look for options that are lower in calories

It's all a learning curve x x
