So the diet has been working out, keeping the protein high. Today I think I hit my ceiling though, don't want to go higher than 140 grams of protein. That took some serious meat eating. So, going back to 100 grams of protein 80-110 range, same with carbohydrates and try to raise my fats quite a bit but also no more than 100 grams. Try for the next 10 days, today being 12/28 so 12/29-1/09 and report.
