So today I went over the 20 carbs but I think I still did well. By that I mean I ate reasonable foods. Trout for lunch with zuccini. Then dinner was meat loaf so I went over. I think it was still healthy and not like eating ice cream or something. Staying with it is the key. I look forward to having some strength building exercise time this weekend.
