Have already lost 13 pounds this year & quite pleased. However, I haven't been exercising, which isn't a good idea when losing weight...especially at my age since my skin's elasticity isn't what it was even 10 or 15 years ago.
This week, though, I made up my mind that I will exercisr 30 minutes a day, at the very least. I know even this will be a challenge at first. But, I also know from experience, it will get easier everyday which will enable me to do more....either timewise or levelwise...
So....I close now so I may get to it! Blessings to all. :)
