Hello Esmeralda,
You weight 247.2 this evening. You jump from 243 to 247 every week. When you workout you weigh 243 when you don't 247. You had a whole bunch of patatoe salad a least 5 cups. Then you had a .5 pound of chicken with 2 cups of refried canned beans. Ice tea and gatoraid.
