I have gained 20lbs since my last weigh in. This is the biggest I've ever been and I feel so disgusting. Its amazing how weight really hold you down mentally my boyfriend and I are of course are looking for the source of the issue and he feel as if I'm a binge eater. I don't eat breakfast that is where I really mess up, and when I do eat for the first time which in some cases is at 4pm it is a huge greasy unhealthy meal. I have horrible eating habits that I need to change so I am starting off my diet today buy not eating at all just consuming water. My plan is to consume a gallon of water a day...Yes a gallon. I also would like to start waking up early and start eating breakfast. My job and school has a lot to do with how in eat and because I have a 8 am class my hopes for the summer are to wake up in the morning eat, exercise,snack,school,lunch,work,diner, and don't eat past 8pm. It's so much easier said then done, but my clothes are getting smaller and I just don't feel like myself anymore. I've let this get out of control. I hope it goes as planned.
