Doing pretty good. Had a wonderful weekend with my son, daughter-in-law, and my beautiful 6 month grandson. Made sure I went for a good walk everyday. That's new for me, as I usually just sit around and eat and drink when I go there. Slowly changing the lifestyle. This can happen. Hope everyone is do well on their journey.

Doing pretty good. Slow and steady will win this race. Feels good to do the exercising even on days I don't want to do it. My knees are getting stronger, so that's a real good thing. Hope everyone is doing well on their journey.

Had a pretty good week. The exercising is going pretty good. The craving sugar is getting hard though. I have some sweets, not as much as I used to. At least that's better. Will cut back more this week.
