My summer schedule is so off. I go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning, get up around 12 or 1, I don't eat until 3 or 4, then I snack. We went grocery shopping and got yogurt, fruit, healthy snack stuff. Hopefully that will help in my not eating so much junk. Talk about frustrating. I should be so much closer to my goal weight than what I am. I need to get with it. I certainly can't blame the weather and boredom for my lack of exercise and eating. Well, okay, I can blame boredom but only because I choose to be bored. :(

Okay, my scale was having a bad day. my weight is where it was a couple days before what my scale said the other day (it all makes sense to me (: )

I'm not sure about the math, but according to my scale (which is probably the problem), I've gained back 2 lbs in a matter of 4 days. Perhaps it was the P'Zone or Taco Bell. Very frustrating that allowed myself to eat such junk. Well, today I had Subway. Perhaps I should just cook at home. I'm not much of a cook though :(
I will get back on track. Oh, and the Frog Eyed Salad...that's not a good thing to eat when trying to lose weight. Guess I won't make that again.
