Perfection! 👩🏻🍳 I couldn’t finish it all. Next time we will serve it up with an additional protein like tofu or chicken.

I got a little over confident and didn’t count cals over the weekend. Yesterday I exceeded my max by 200 calories - so 3 days likely over my limit plus lingering Shark Week inflammation has led to this bump up. Will be interested to see if it goes down over the next few days, I hope this is water weight more than fat gain.

Pack walk to our local ice cream shack (2 miles round trip). I’m a little shocked by how many calories the nutrition calculator estimates this lil treat to be - luckily I made room for it today. Such a lovely evening for a long walk.

I baked 80+ cookies for my husband’s students. Ate a couple of them (new recipe, had to taste test right? 😜). Still managed to stick pretty close to my daily count. Slept like absolute crap because someone was setting off fireworks and my poor dog was terrified. With extra calories and less sleep, I’m pretty shocked and totally thrilled with this big drop! Woohoo, feels like my body is finally just letting go this week!!!
