Urgh, girls night out really got the best of me. The 7 points for the red wine made me go over my daily points. It was worth it though...I guess I will use the flex points (I normally never use them).

So today I switched my breakfast menu up and man it was a great meal! I ate a three point breakfast with my new menu (egg beater scrabbled with morning star veggie sausage, one waffle, with sugar free syrup). Normally I eat a four point breakfast (2 waffles with a tiny bit of natural peanut butter and sugar free syrup). The funny thing is I am not as hungry at 10:00 a.m. with the new 3 point menu as I was with the 4 point menu. What gives, it must be the egg protein. Horray!
