After an unsuccessful weight loss, I am following the intructions given by my doctor and nutritionist to eat between 1500 and 1700 calories. Doing the 1200 calories put my body into starvation mode and held on to the weight. With me being the size I am I have to eat.I am taking this one day at a time and losing it slowly, the same way I gained it. I know we all would love to lose it over night but reality is... we didn't gain it overnight. Good luck to everyone! If there is anyone with some helpful tips please share them with me as I will you.

I am changing my food intake to 1200 calories!!!! I had recently visited a nutritionist and she had suggested an 1800 cal diet for me but my sister did 1200 and has trippled my weight lost this month. She seems to be doing ok with the hunger as well. After looking at the biggest stars weight loss, it's either gastric bypass (biggest weight loss) or 1200 calorie diet which had the next best outcome. I'm really getting anxious because my goal is to be fit and healthy this summer. Good Luck to EVERYONE!
