While I did not watch my carbs today ( I had a fundraiser at work selling soup and grilled cheese sandwiches) I worked out this morning walking 2 miles. My main goal is EXERCISE as food as a joy to me, and while I know I need to make better decisions, MOVING is where my best work will be done. I will work on not rewarding myself with food, and trying to remember what tastes good isn't as good after it is eaten. Riding on the back of my hubby's motorcycle isn't as much fun knowing I am a BIG HOT MOMMA. THINGS TO REMEBER FOR THIS YEAR- BUT NOT REASONS TO LOOSE...
* 20th high school reunion
* cruise with bestie in October
* learning to drive my VW Trike in May
