I think insomnia contributed to this but will see if incorporating some protein shakes help maintain/lose. Definitely need to up fresh fruits and greens.

Does anyone else crave junk food when they have a cold? Makes no sense to me.

Poor lunch today after going for a PET scan to find out after not eating when I got there at 1:30 pm insurance still hadn't approved it. I often think dealing with Humana is more stressful than the cancer.

After surgery Feb. 23 I still am very sedentary with a lymph node cath which I hope is removed at my Apr. 13 appt with
Dr. Brenda. I will have an ultrasound April 12 due to a small nodule on my left thyroid which I hooe may give some clues as to lack of weight loss.
