Been a while since I've been on the site. Need to get back into my healthy eating - stress making me eat and I've got to get up more and exercise at work. Sitting all day is awful. Motivated now!!!!

Excited with my weight loss so far! Was not able to work out very hard last week (very tired for some reason) but any loss is good to me! Very motivated!

Wow! Some of this HAS to be water loss because, while I did follow my Weight Watchers pretty closely, I did not eat perfectly. I can't imagine how I lost 3 1/2 pounds this week except to say I did not eat any sweets other than the 100 calorie pack Hostess cupcakes. Whoever recommended that for the 1 point for Weight Watchers, my hat is off to you! I have also upped my green tea consumption. I was glad to see the weight loss, though. Very motivating. Recovering from a cold right now so hopefully can get back into the walking this week...
