Fell off and got ran over by the wagon.
I don't know why I let the stress of life get to me. I know that stress is what makes me want to snack on foods that are unhealthy. When I work out and eat well, I feel GREAT and I have a happy attitude. When I eat to feel comforted, I can't stand being in my own skin.
It's been a year since I last started this site and I find it funny that I am starting at exactly the same month from last year. However, I have made an effort to keep physically busy. I planted a garden which kept me busy for the spring and summer. Now that it is cooling off, I look forward to walking/jogging again.
NOTE TO ME IN FUTURE!
Keep active! STOP SNACKING! Drink more water and cut out the artificial sweeteners!
