Healthy 50-something but seeking to get leaner and more fit as I get older. Have always enjoyed being in the gym. Have a home gym now which is my sanctuary. Generally eat healthy... but my weakness is cookies, muffins, donuts, ice-cream, cake, pie, and granola. Have tried to keep these to a minimum on "cheat-days" which turn into cheat-weekends. So, my struggle is eating discipline.
