Tomorrow is weigh day!!
I'm actually excited to get on the scales tomorrow, I feel good this week! It sounds mad no doubt, but I feel like I've lost weight this week. I feel slimmer and lighter. But we shall see!

Disappointing dinner last night. The nice lean, tender looking piece of steak I bought was actually tough and almost inedible. Needless to say I was put off and ended up actually just having a seed cracker & cheese to eat.
Woken up still not particularly hungry. Had a bulletproof latte (unsweetened soya) to get me going. Let's hope today's chicken dishes are nicer!
Proud of myself for not just tucking into the left over slice of carb heavy chicken pie that was in the fridge after my disastrous dinner!!!
Feeling positive today despite last night's disappointment.
