I’m taking a break from calorie counting for a week or two because my doctor says I have an ulcer. I’m gonna hopefully know the how many calories I put in my body and still keep it on the low side ( not my usual 1450 so my body can heal). I won’t be able to do my usual workouts but I’ll still be going for my walks to keep up with my movement goal!

I’m not sure whether to be disappointed or not but I still haven’t lost any weight despite the calories I’m eating and exercising 3 times a week😬

I’m actually very scared to weigh in - I feel like I’ve actually gotten bigger from eating less calories which is so weird. I don’t binge eat either so I’m very confused.
Does anyone know why that might be happening?
