I weighed myself and noticed that by changing only a few things...it was not easy. If I follow my rules...water, no eating after 6pm. I think it would benefit me sooooo mucy more.

Okay so today is a new day. I did pick at my son's breakfast!! Not good. But I skipped my breakfast all together so I think that makes up for it.
Anyhow, I want to eat healthy today and my biggest problem is portion control. Small plates is what I am going to start using from now on. Salad plates are ones that I have read to use....they are small!!!
But I will try. I will also try to drink my water today...8 cups!!
I have a sugar tooth after dinner. I need to avoid/eliminate that habit!!

My goal is to lose my accumulated weight once and for all!! I am tired of yo-yoing through my life and feeling upset over it all the time.
It is now time to make little changes every day and to move closer to my goal by doing them.
