The changes happening in my life are not just with my diet and exercise. I am struggling with the personal side of it. Luckily this past week when I got a little down the fact that I feel like I am succeeding with my weight loss was able to keep me moving. I haven't been able to focus on my exercise much working 9 to 11 hours a day, and being a homeowner and single parent, there just doesn't seem to be enough time in my day. I am going to keep pushing forward and even without having support I will try and find the strengh in me.

So really trying to make some positive changes in my life. Just left a 3 year relationship that I was very commited to. Unfortunately it became apparent that I was more vested in it then him. Knowing that I let myself go I am beginning my battle of changing my life and trying to build my confidence back. I know that diet and excercise are a big part of health. I want to do this but am very alone in my venture as I live in a small town with a teenager that isn't around much. This is just one part of my life I need to repair, but I am hoping to succeed. I did ride my bike approx. 6 miles last night. It was more because I had to then me making an effort to excercise, but today I am feeling pretty good about it. Woke up hungry and know I need to feed my body so it is fueled properly time for me to pay attention to my diet. I want to feel and look better. I have set my goals now it is time to begin. [color=green]
