This is my first entry. I am 30 years old and I am about to turn 31 at the end of december. My goal is to be back down or look better then what I was before I had my daughter. I am so tired of feeling this way and something has got to change. I work out four to five times a week but with the holidays and the drinking I put back on the weight that I have been working so hard to get rid. I feel like a balloon that keep getting bigger, just waiting to pop, i feel so out of control. I have alot of people telling me what they think I need to do to loose the weight but I look at them and I'm not so convinced they know what they are talking about. I just need some people from the out side, feeling the same way i do to give me a little faith and push in the right direction so I dont give up. It so hard to force myself to eat less but more. I stay focused all week and tell the weekend comes and its down hill
