so i havent worked out or dieted since the HCG diet last fall. Yes i lost 28 pounds in about 6 weeks but the diet was so extreme it really burned me out. I gained all the weight back sadly and im exactly where i started...208 pounds....if not worse. im unhappy and dont feel good at all. im ready to get going again, this time im going to change my lifestyle. Im going to make time for exercising and watch what i eat- no meals over 500cals, low sugar, low salt, healthy carbs and i want to begin a diet high in fruits and vegetables that are not too sweet or starchy. I know even when im dieting and havent reached my goal wt, i already start to feel so much better about myself. they say it takes 4 weeks for you to feel a difference 6 weeks before you see it and 8 weeks before anyone else sees it. im dedicating the first 8 weeks to seeing it, believing it and feeling it. once i see an improvement i know i will be motivated to keep working on my goal. cant wait to be skiinny! i want to lose 40-50 pounds by sept-labor day yay!
