I'm still staying at same weight, but I am very happy about that! My husband and I went camping over the weekend. Its always questionable what happens on the scale. But we did balance out our meals with salads and extra veggies with meat dishes. Now if I can do that when we go camping for a whole week, I just might have this!

its amazing, but my numbers are holding steady!! I was gifted with a ring from my husband that tells me my steps, how I've slept, heart info.. its amazing stuff.. well, I found out from taking my sister to Walmart, that I walked over 3 miles... just in that store alone!! No wonder I was tired and very hungry. I had a workout, and I got to see the numbers to prove it

well, I made it to the weekend! YAY The scale has been kind to me (it must know I'm fragile) But just making a few changes for a few days and already dropping what I assume is water weight is still a huge boost to my "atta girl"! It's interesting when you can focus on what your body really needs instead of "eating cause I'm bored" (thanks Grinch for that one) I am really really glad that I didn't get rid of all of my cookbooks. I kept the one I used more, and highlighted stuff in. Which confirmed it was my favorite from the bunch. My husband has been enjoying the tastie dinners as well, and that has been really helpful. Here's to another week!!

Allergy season has hit us hard around here. And I have not been feeling well in body or mind. Yesterday I had a "go get it girl" chat with myself. I am going to follow what used to work so many years ago. But this time, with a twist. From everything I have learned along the way, Points Plus will be the old/new in my house. It worked before! I lost 100 pounds on it before! This time I know how to keep my points organized better, and have learned from keto how to spread those points out through the day to keep me satisfied. I know a lot of people will curl up the lip at my choices, but its my choices, and I am already starting to feel better. And as we speak, I have the cabbage soup cookin in my instant pot.
