I decided to eat what everyone else ate & went way over what I should have eaten Tommorrow Veggie Burger w/ Lettuce & Red Onion and of course Mustard

I weighed this AM before I went to therapy. I weighed 261.1 lbs. Not bad since I really blew it last night. Terry bought me some sugar-free cookies and my will power was gone. I ate the whole package and I wasn't even hungry. Today was a new day And I did much better no slips. I think I am making a Black Bran salad tomorrow.
