Other than a little needless stress, I'm having a good day. Yesterday was good too. I'm trying to reduce my daily percentage of carbs. Even though I mostly eat whole grains, I think I am eating too much and I'm hoping this will be the secret to unlocking my lack of weight loss.

I usually weigh myself once a week, but since I was up the day before and expected to be down I thought I'd try again. Down 1 lb since yesterday. Go figure.

Although I am not officially registered with Weight Watchers, I am a former lifetime member. I have been following the program on my own for a few weeks and recording my food intake and counting calories. I have been unable to get past a 3lb gain/loss, so I have decided to count calories and track my points. It looks like I may not have been eating enough.
